Call for Nominations – Erasmus+ KA171 Scholarships for Winter 2026 (Università degli Studi dell’Aquila – Italy)
The Centre for Internationalisation and Strategic Partnership (formerly known as CIE) hereby invites applications from suitably qualified masters and Ph.d students for participation in the *Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme at the Università degli Studi dell’Aquila – Italy. This would be for a 5-months duration, from 15th October 2026 to 15th February, 2027 (*Harmattan Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Session).*
This mobility opportunity provides a rare and valuable platform for both masters and Ph.d students to gain international academic exposure in a reputable European university. We hereby call for nominations from the Departments listed below through their Faculties:
*Where applicable, *international students should be included in the nominations,* in support of the University’s drive to increase international staff participation in future semesters.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
General Requirements (All Applicants)
• Must be a registered student of the University
• Must demonstrate strong academic performance
• Must possess sufficient English language proficiency to follow lectures and coursework
• Must be willing to comply with Erasmus+ mobility rules and timelines
Additional Requirements for Master’s/Ph.D Applicants*
• Must be enrolled in a relevant Master’s/Ph.D programme aligned with the available English-taught courses
• Must demonstrate research or academic maturity suitable for international mobility
